    I agree that rogue should be added. Your deck you build only makes up about a third of each mission's core deck and everything in the run; layout, events, items, & enemies) are completely RNG.
    Even most of the event's outcomes are RNG and uncontrollable.
    You have no control at all of what cards from your deck will show up in a given run, so all you can do is make a deck with combos and hope to get those combos, and the only fixed factor at all is the final boss of each mission, and even the location of each Act's boss is randomized on the final floor.
    If you die you have to restart from the very beginning of the run, only keeping card tokens you unlock though the random events.

    Even if you exempt all of that and consider the main campaign non-rogue, the endless mode that is required to finish the game is absolutely a rogue mode.
