Period Summaries: add buttons to navigate before and after

    It would be nice to be able to navigate to previous and next period, when viewing a month or year.

    Suggestion: add buttons with arrows like ← and → to navigate before or after one period.

    Examples:

    Year: Moe GZ's Periods

    Month: Moe GZ's Periods
