    Can confirm that the walkthrough on TrueSteam works great (though I only used it for collectables not puzzles). So probably just needs to be copied to this site:

    The only error I encountered is that it's missing the door in Clock Tower (which is where the door knock achievement should unlock).

    Minor edits,

    - Exterminator achievement is listed before killing the last 2 rats, it actually unlocks after that (they're numbered #15 and #16 so it looks like its just a formatting error)

    - Screenshot for Clockwork Town Door #2 is wrong, its a copy of Door #1

    - Checking the Gears achievement is listed as unlocking at Clockwork Town Door #13 and #14, but theres one final door in the clock tower area where it actually unlocks

    - It might also be a good idea to mention the solution for the Bug Squasher glitch is to run back and forth into the fight with the two spiders early on, the top solution points out exactly where but its right after you first find the train of thought.

    ...First, knock on the left door and listen to the response from the person behind the door.

    If the response from the left door is "Breh!", knock on the left door again.
    If the response from the left door is "Bruh...", move to the right door and knock on that one next.
    If the response from the right door is "Breh!", move to the left door and knock on that one next.
    If the response from the right door is "Bruh...", knock on the right door again.
    During the puzzle on Freedom Isles Door #4 and #5, this can be condensed to just say the following.
    ...Knocking on either door will make the occupant respond with either "Breh!" or "Bruh..."

    If the response is "Breh!", knock on the left door.
    If the response is "Bruh...", knock on the right door.

    As mentioned by Neomaster, the Exterminator achievement is in the wrong place. Needs to be after defeating #15 & #16 and some of wording should be updated to match the move.
    ...Two Plague Rats will spawn here (#13 and #14). ...increase in the amount of health you have. You'll also get the following two achievements, one for your health bonus and the other for killing 13 of the Plague Rats:

    Hit the tall tree...

    ...Two more Plague Rats will spawn here (#15 and #16). Yet again, this is another perfect time to try and get the Deadly Spin achievement if you haven't done so already by killing both with the same strike. Once they're both defeated, pick up the endorphins they drop. Take the poison that's sitting on a rock.
    Edit 2:
    Remembranes I-VIII are in Freedom Isles and remembranes IV to XV are in Clockwork Town.
    Small typo at end of Clockwork Town, should be "IX" instead of "IV".

    If the response from either door is "Ja!" or "Jaeh!" and the large light bulb of that house turns on, knock on the same door again.
    If the response from either door is "Ja!" or "Jaeh!" and the large light bulb of that house stays off, move to the other door and knock on that one next.
    If the response from either door is "Nah-ah" and the large light bulb of that house turns on, move to the other door and knock on that one next.
    If the response from either door is "Nah-ah" and the large light bulb of that house stays off, knock on the same door again.
    Clockwork Town Door #13 and #14, there's probably better ways, but this can be condensed down a little.
    Knock on the same door if:
    -The occupant responds "Ja!" and the big light turns on.
    -The occupant responds "Nah-ah" and the big light stays off.
    Otherwise, knock on the other door.
