Assassins Creed Ezio collection keeps crashing

Can confirm that there is a spot that will crash on my xbox one x and my old standard base xbox one too. Physical copy Ezio Collection. If you go into the Assassin's Main Hideout in Galata. IMMEDIATELY MOVE FORWARD. HOLD FORWARD ON THE STICK DURING THE ENTERING DOOR CUT SCENE. Because if you stand at the door for even less than a second. Game freezes. Audio continues. Quit game. Console crashes haaarrrddd as previously stated in this thread. But if you go forward it doesn't. So broken

I’m playing on 360 version, I finished sequence 1 memory 5 if I recall and at the end when you respawn after replaying a memory, the game just froze out and I had to quit and reload from Xbox one home. Now I am in the village area near the water wheel and can’t get out? It says I’m in a sequence even when I load the game up makes no sense as I should be in free roam please if anyone can help solve this for me :/

This is still happening. Playing on xbox one x. Ridiculous that it hasent been patched. Borderline unplayable.

Also happening to me. Happened while it was saving too, so I hope this doesn't force me to restart my playthrough.

Happening to me on the One X. Seems to be not long after I complete a mission of any sort, I'll be on my way to the next, freeze with audio playing, dashboard, console shuts down. Honestly shameful that this problem has not been addressed in three years. Seems like a pretty big issue to just put the blinders on for.

I got 2k GS on ACII and Brotherhood without any crashes, but now with Revelations it just keeps crashing... Whenever I throw a bomb, specially the "smoke" one, the Xbox freezes and the audio goes BRRRRRRR

Really annoying, what makes this game a little different from the others are the bombs and I simply cannot use them.

Also just experienced this. Game crashed when trying to take down a templar den. Sound working visual not. Dashboarded out and the xbox one X turned itself off and controller wouldn't turn it back on even after taking batteries out as reported. Turned it back on and the game crashed again in virtually the same place within a couple of minutes. Sequence 3. Will rush through up to sequence 6 minimum as suggested. Absolutely ridiculous.

Pretty much the same for me. In my case, when Revelations crashes, the game freezes and the sound I get is a loud ... buzzing and after a moment the game shuts off.

I did a lot of research on this issue and found setting the xbox resolution to 720p and then playing helped stabilise it. It still crashed a couple of times but once I had done all of the templar dens I think it stopped for me. Worth trying. The same issue happens in ac3 but I didn't have to adjust resolution for that, thankfully only happened once for me

For me it got to the point where it crashed whenever I loaded up Revelations. I changed the resolution to 720p like I8ITackyticsI8I suggested and the constant crashing stopped. So if you're game keeps crashing try that. Insane this is still an issue in 2021.

yall are lucky af ac2 had 4 or 5 achievements glitch, not surprised.
ac brotherhood had to reinstall game before it would boot with out crashing. crashed 3 times on sequence 1 then once more in the cutscene before sequence 2 and now every time i load up my save game crashes. typical ubisoft though.

I can't believe I'm reading these old posts from years ago and the issues still persist, lol. As of June 2024 these crashes are still happening. In my case it's happening in AC: Revelations, Memory 10 - The Sentinel, Part 2, every time I get near near one of the captured assassins it crashes back to dashboard. I legit can't complete the game since its a major memory sequence mission. On to AC3!!!

Edit: I discovered if I got into combat during the part where you have to save the captured assassins it would crash. If anyone else has this issues try and avoid combat during that part and call either your assassins in to help or hire thieves to lure the guards away.
