Xbox Game Pass release date confirmed for beautiful action-adventure game Creatures of Ava

We now have an Xbox Game Pass release date for Creatures of Ava, which was announced only months ago as a beautiful creature-saving action-adventure game.

We don't have long to wait at all for the Creatures of Ava achievements, as this gorgeous new upcoming Xbox Game Pass game already has a release date. This is an especially nice surprise given that it was only announced a few months ago, and we now have an Xbox Game Pass release date for Creatures of Ava of August 7.

Creatures of Ava launches into Xbox Game Pass on August 7

Creatures of Ava revolves around befriending and saving its beautiful creatures rather than trying to capture them. "Featuring a non-violent combat system and four distinct, vividly radiant biomes to explore, Ava is a planet in peril slowly decaying under the pressure of a mystical infection called ‘The Withering’. Take on the role of bright-eyed adventurer, Vic, and investigate Ava’s vibrant landscapes while taking action to save its existence and the existence of all its inhabitants. But what does it mean to truly save something? While our human inclination is to protect the weak and aid the vulnerable, will you dare to let go in the face of adversity when the struggle becomes too much? It’s up to you to understand and stop the epidemic inflicting Ava and know when to swallow the bitter taste of walking away."

...Alright, that last part sounded decidedly less cozy than the rest of it, but we're still very keen to see what Creatures of Ava has to offer. We wrote recently about how Creatures of Ava could scratch the Everwild itch, but even without that comparison, Creatures of Ava already looks as though it can stand on its own two feet as an excellent action-adventure game.
